Again, a serious lack of time due to workshop pressure has seen little progress on our fantastic MK6 Airsporter.

As followers of this project will know, we trialed our blacking process on this gun, and it came out well, but with a few imperfections.

This will not do for this project!

I repeated the process this week, with a few things done differently, and it has come out perfectly!

The photos do not do it justice, and we will do some better ones next week.

Once this rifle is rebuilt (and tested, and featured in an upcoming YouTube clip) it will be up for sale. If you are interested in securing beforehand what is effectively going to be a brand new Airsporter, then please get in touch!

It has come out..

….very shiny….

….and very black!
