Terms and Conditions 

If you are ordering a standard stock item from our products, we would expect payment upfront for the full amount before the item is shipped or collected. You will be advised of the total cost to pay.

If you are collecting your item, we can accept cash on collection.

If you have arranged for a custom item, we would require a 50% deposit, with final payment to total cost upon completion of the project.

We accept cash, cheques and card payments, with online payments to be added on the website in due course.

We can produce a receipt / paid invoice upon completion of a transaction, or supply a proforma invoice if required.

We can only release stock to a customer once a cheque / card payment has cleared our business account.

We are not currently VAT registered so cannot supply a VAT receipt/invoice.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase and the fault is agreed to be that of DB Gunstocks UK, we will offer either an exchange or a partial or full refund. This must be pursued within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will not be able to offer refunds after this 14 day period.

Visiting Us

If you wish to visit us for drop off / collection or for other reasons, this must be agreed in advance to mitigate any risks due to machinery in action. You can make an appointment with us by email or telephone.
